Rented from Brookfield ma location. I told the employee the tire low pressure light was on before taking it. He checked it...said it was fine. A half day later flat tire and on the weekend. They are not opened. They towed from my house in warren to somewhere in Ct. I then had to get a ride to Bradley location to get another rental. In the drama of getting calls from tow truck and finding a ride to Bradley....i left my prescription sunglasses in rental. I called immediately...2 hours plus on the phone. Sunglasses are gone.
All because they rented me a car with a bad tire. Enterprise should reimburse me for the rental...fire the person who stoked my glasses and or reimburse me for them.
Good customer service, great with the extension I needed.
